WARRANTY POLICY AT TIN THANH
1. Warranty conditions
- Equipment will not be warranted when used, operated, and maintained not in accordance with the manufacturer’s regulations and due to force majeure causes such as: natural disasters, fires, environment, vandalism…
- The manufacturer’s warranty stamp (and seal) on the product is intact.
2. Warranty period
Warranty according to the manufacturer’s regulations from the date of delivery if damage is due to the manufacturer’s fault.
3. Warranty address
At the company’s transaction office (the cost of sending warranty goods to the warranty office address is paid by Tin Thanh company if the product is defective due to the manufacturer).
