RETURN POLICY AT TIN THANH
1. Conditions for returning goods
- Product was purchased at TIN THANH, due to manufacturer error
- The supplier’s label is intact
- Only applies to returns, not refunds
- Time to exchange products is within 07 days from the date of delivery of goods
- Products can be exchanged 1 for 1 (same product code or product specifications)
2. In case the goods cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returns and exchanges are not applicable due to customers ordering the wrong product
- Does not apply to devices that are defective due to: (explosion, fire, natural disaster or user error…)
- Products that are damaged or broken by users…
